Training Manual : Export Control in the International Security System

   In the framework of cooperation between the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority (SSM) and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (MEDT), the Scientific and Technical Center has published a training manual “Export control in the international security system”.
   The training manual covers international and national export control regimes with their role and place in the international security system, international legal mechanisms and contractual framework of the current national and international export control regimes.
   Project contributes to enhanced knowledge on export control issues in Ukraine raising professionalism on export control issues at relevant Ukrainian state bodies and authorities, academic and research institutions, Ukrainian enterprises and companies dealing with export of dual-use goods, technologies and services. Textbook mainly serves as teaching material to universities teaching non-proliferation and export-control.
